Welcome to e-Aduan Department Of Environment Malaysia


e-Aduan system is an initiative set up to enable the public to question in connection with the Department of Environment and pollution complaints at any time without boundaries of time and distance easily and quickly. e-Aduan system is controlled by the Enforcement Division of the Department of Environment.

Any questions and complaints will be forwarded the initial response within three(3) working days.

Types of complaints in jurisdictions of Department of Environment

  • Open Burning
  • Illegal Disposal Scheduled Waste
  • Water Pollution (River, Lake) From Industries Sources
  • Air Pollution (Plant/Industry/Premise)
  • Air Pollution (Vehicle)
  • Oil Spill

Each Complaint and Query submitted will be considered by the Department Of Environment with the inspiration to continue to improve its services.
